French as a foreign language (FLE)
Specialised in teaching French as a Foreign Language, Clarife aims to help students integrate as easily as possible into French university life and adapt to French culture through the development of language skills. Clarife proposes courses of weekly classes as well as various intensive courses. Students receive a certificate of their level at the end of each course.

FRENCH AS A FOREIGN LANGUAGE : ON-LINE COURSE
Through a new on-line course proposed by Clarife, distance is no barrier to continuing to improve your French language skills.
The course includes both lessons through video-conferencing, and the opportunity to work at your own rhythm through unique and original pedagogical materials which we will make available to you on-line.
We will adapt the teaching to your needs, projects and objectives, whether you wish to learn French for work, studies or personal reasons.

- 1st session: 8th June to 26th June 2020
- 2nd session: 29th June to 17th July 2020

24 hours of videoconference classes + 12 hours (approx.) independent on-line work with teacher supervision and guidance

EXPRESSION AND CULTURE
For those wishing to enrich their French language skills through the discovery of, and integration into, French culture, in order to make the most of their time in Lille. Students will work on written and oral expression through realistic and practical role-plays and group exercises, within a small multicultural group.

SPOKEN EXPRESSION
For those wishing to develop their spontaneous expression whilst being accurate and effective and able to adapt to different contexts and circumstances. This course will allow you to practice verbal and non-verbal communication in a small group, to be able to hold the interest of your interlocutors and communication in a convincing manner.

SPRING MODULAR COURSES
Open to all, this 100-hour course is split into 5 independent modules : Communication, Written and Spoken Expression, Grammar, Literature and Cinema, and Civilisation and Culture (including an element of Intercultural Communication). The course aims to help students enrich and perfect their command of the French language.

UNIVERSITY INTEGRATION COURSE AUGUST-SEPTEMBER
Clarife proposes a pre-rentrée (University integration) course in French as a Foreign language to aid your entry into University life and studies.
This course is targeted at international students arriving to study at one of the Faculties of the Université Catholique de Lille, or any other French University to help them develop the language skills necessary for their studies, and help them adapt to French culture.
